Trauma healing – finding relief from suffering
Often trauma is at the root of suffering. Trauma is an overwhelming experience at the time it happens. A wound which has not healed.
It influences your thinking, your feelings, your sensations, and your perception – as consequence there are increased risks of mental and physical health impairments, such as
- Depression and anxieties
- High blood pressure
- Autoimmune disease
- Chronic fatigue syndrome
- Chronic disease
… to name a few. But also it impairs
- How we respond, react to situations, and how we interact with others; creating issues in our intimate relationships, with friends, or at the workplace
- Our behaviour
You may feel something is wrong with you. Often you don’t know that your trauma is the reason for your mental or physical challenges. Trauma works in the background, it influences you subconsciously, and it drains your energy.
You may know what caused your trauma, but in some cases you have only a vague memory of what had happened or no memory at all.
The good news is, you can heal.
The beginning of a new life
Every human being has a genuine authentic self, which can never be destroyed. Healing of your trauma brings the re-connection with this true self; you learn to live with your emotions and feelings and to develop healthy thinking.
Healing enables you to be who you want to be. You release yourself from what had happened to you and live a happier and healthier life – which is everybody’s birthright.
Yet I want to go a step further with you – let’s try to transcend your trauma to something greater which you probably wouldn’t have achieved without that very trauma in your life. This is a real opportunity for you.
